If you agree, I can notify Val, I am quite sure she wouldn't mind extending her Lady Reveller's role ;)

Hi Todd and Sonia,

Lady Reveller cannot be muted. Yay! Here are her lines barking orders to the servants. But these lines were far too short to satisfy The Reveller’s massive ego.

https://librivox.org/uploads/kitty/bassettable_ladyreveller_1.mp3

(NOTE: Todd, I named the file identically to Act 1’s… so you’ll have a duplicate. Shall I change this files name? Also, I just spoke “lines within” at the beginning of the file. Maybe these words should be the title of this file? :-) Please advise!

Time: 26 seconds

Hope this works for all!

Hello,

May I claim the porter in act 1?

Thanks,

Oh dear. With the same file name, you have overwritten the old file.... Or did you add the new lines while still keeingp all the old lines in place in your new file???

Thanks, Todd

luckily Val uploaded this into my folder instead of yours, Todd, so both files are still intact under the same name.

But Val, maybe it would be easier if you pasted the three lines right at the beginning of your act 1 lady reveller file, right after the voice credit. We don't need a separate voice credit for the voice within. Or if you want to keep them in a separate file, then name it differently, like "added lines" or something.

Also one more edit:

> at 0:13: (p. 204) "Mrs Looseall's man" – you say "Loofeel", I definitely think the telling name of "lose all" fits much better in this context of gambling and would provide a good laugh from the audience

thanks, it's cool to have a bit more revelling right at the beginning, to keep the footmen on their toes (pun intended)

Hi Todd and Sonia, thanks for the helpful suggestions.

I’ve added the new lines at the beginning of the original file. The identical file name should now override the old one! :D

Adieu Lady Reveller!

Okay here are the stage directions. Some notes 1) I wasn't sure whether you wanted me to say the prologue and epilogue (by which I mean say the titles of them, the text themselves seems indicated to be read by specific characters) so I did to be on the safe side, the prologue title is at the start in the act 1 and the epilogue title is in act 5. 2) I also wasn't sure about the text and odd noting of a scene below the dramatis personae, again I recorded it anyway to be on the safe side. 3) In act 3 there's a stage direction I say twice, once as is written and once I replaced 'he' with the character's name to make it clearer who 'he' is in that stage direction because I was unsure about it.

Act 1: https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/bassettable_stagedirections_1.mp3 (4 mins, 47 secs)
Act 2: https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/bassettable_stagedirections_2.mp3 (7 mins, 25 secs)
Act 3: https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/bassettable_stagedirections_3.mp3 (7 mins, 24 secs)

Oh also obviously this is only three acts not five, I actually have all five recorded (I actually got very lucky, I didn't have much recording time but it turned out to be exactly the right amount of time to just about finish all five acts) but I still need to edit the other two. I have a headache so I'm just going to leave them until tomorrow, I wanted to upload what I had now though to make sure I remembered these notes
