Thank you for arranging this anniversary collection, Sue and Mary. I have been away for a long time and am not properly back, but I couldn't let the anniversary pass :). Here is my contribution:

Title: The Cost of Living in the Twelfth Century
Author: Dana C. Munro (1866 – 1933)
Text source https://hdl.handle.net/2027/osu.32435011983103
Upload URL: https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/twelve_costofliving_munro_rg_128kb.mp3
Duration: 24:12

This author is not yet in the database. Here is a summary:
Dana Carleton Munro (1866 – 1933) was an American historian and sometime president of the American Historical Association. He had a special interest in the Crusades, and in the mediaeval period as a whole.

Hi Ruthie, It's just wonderful to hear from you and have your contribution to the 12 anniversary collection. Just wonderful! :D  I think everybody who has been at LibriVox for a few years thinks of the anniversary collections as "Ruthie's project." Our current trio (mmhbook, commonsparrow3 and myself) felt yours was a tradition that was important to continue.

Thank you so much, too, for your reading suggestions. You really have a knack for finding interesting titles. Yours is a worthy idea to note them when you find them for future years. I'm hoping you have your eye out for "13."

Kind regards,

Hello Philip, Thank you for adding your voice to the 12th anniversary collection and for this very clear reading of an important discussion of the origins of Roman law! :)
