Here is Aeolus, God of the Winds. 1 minutes of breathy nonsense.

The text is correct but checker gives a warning for background noise. I can clean that before editing so this is PL OK!

The checker checks for background noise in the last five seconds, so if there's speech in the last five seconds instead of the ending room silence, checker will flag that as background noise.

Thanks, there is only 2 seconds silence at the end and it did not look as though there was a lot of noise in Audacity so I am sure I can use it when editing.Rapunzelina wrote: ↑January 25th, 2024, 3:14 am The checker checks for background noise in the last five seconds, so if there's speech in the last five seconds instead of the ending room silence, checker will flag that as background noise.

Ah. Did not know that.Rapunzelina wrote: ↑January 25th, 2024, 3:14 am The checker checks for background noise in the last five seconds, so if there's speech in the last five seconds instead of the ending room silence, checker will flag that as background noise.
And since dramatic act reader files are not used directly but just cut apart, an awfully lot of folk just cut their files short with very little ending silence. I will have to warn them about what Checker does in such cases.
Thanks, Todd

I don't think I have ever before edited so complex an act. I shall stick to Seneca in future, much simpler
