I am editing multiple peoples voices together, but one of the voices is too fast. How do I slow down that person's voice in Audacity? :help:

Audacity has a pretty nice feature for this, which you can find as Effect -> Change Tempo.

Another approach would be lengthening the silences between the words in this one recording - they'd be spoken the same speed, but further apart, to still match the others.

Then, if the phrase is short, and it's supposed to be a bunch of people all reacting, cheering, etc. rather than speaking a line in chorus... you could also let some be fast and some slow.

Your choice as editor, hope you have fun whichever you choose!
I'll be out for a bit on this last weekend of April, but still checking in as I get the chance. I will try to follow up on Monday, with anything I can't do on the go.
