I started editing , but then my audacity was acting really weird when I tried to create more tracks to add in the rest of the pilgrim maids. For some reason whatever I do to one track it does to all of them. I could really use some help. I'm not one to admit defeat, but this really has me scratching my head.

Go to the Track tab, and you will see a setting to turn Synchronize Tracks on or off. You want it off to align multiple tracks. (Make sure they are above the Label Track.) Then turn Synchronize on to lock all the tracks together.

Details vary with Audacity version.
