Librivox theme sheet music?

Is there sheet music (or a simple midi file) available for the theme music, as on http://librivox.org/wiki/moin.cgi/PromotionalMaterial ?

OK, here is the piano part in the orchestra of the main theme:

Top part / Melody: D C G A B A B
Bottom Part      : G - C D - - -

So chords are pretty simple in the orchestra version:
G C D G (I IV V I)

The new guitar one I did is the same melody transposed up, but with a slightly more modern chord voicing:

Chords: D G5 Asus4 D  Dsus D
