Now, having tried a bit of flattery, may i ask if you have ever heard of Owen Rutter's WWI piece 'The Song of Tiadatha' ? It is in the same style, and a most entertaining tale of how a upper class chap about town (London) in 1914 suddenly finds manhood through the war.
