Chapter 23 needs a couple of quick fixes.

The beginning silence is too long. We need it to be about half a second, yours is two seconds. If you could clip off about 1 1/2 seconds, that will take care of it.
The volume is too loud. It is currently at 93.6 dB, we need that to be right around 89 dB. If you could de-amplify by 4 dB, then you will be close to the target.
