You got the link to work, however, the filename is incorrect. It should look something like this: earlyenglishherotales_10_marks_128kb.mp3JonnyO wrote: ↑March 29th, 2024, 3:26 pm https://librivox.org/uploads/lynnet/earlyenglishherotales_10_jonnyo_128kb_mp3.mp3

Each book will go by the author's last name, which is marks, in this project.
Before reuploading, I'll take a listen and PL it first to see if there are any errors though

1) We are missing the librivox intro and outro for your recording.
2) The beginning of the recording needs to be shortened to just 0.5 to 1 second of silence.
3) the end of the recording has about 3 minutes of silence at the end. We aim for about 5 seconds.
All the information can be found on the first page of any project. This is what will be needing adjustment:
Almost there! Your narration was very well put together, and was excellent overallIntro to recording:
Leave 0.5 to 1 second of silence at the beginning.
Say:
"Section (or Chapter) # of Early English Hero Tales. This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain. For more information or to volunteer, please visit librivox.org." [Optional: "Read by your name."] "Early English Hero Tales, by Jeannette Augustus Marks. Section Title."
End of recording:
Say:
"End of section (or chapter) #." [Optional, and if not stated in the intro: "Read by your name, city, date."]
If you are recording the final section of the book, add:
"End of Early English Hero Tales, by Jeannette Augustus Marks."
Leave 5 seconds of silence at the end.
Hi!
Thanks for your feedback I need to play around with audacity to understand how I can put in the outdo and end part (I think I know how to do it: separate mono track / record/then copy paste to original in relevant section) so this will be good practise for me! I will endeavour to do within the next couple of days and post back up here.
Thanks again for bearing with me.
