For (someone's) listening pleasure. Apologies for my shortcomings, I'm still trying to get the rust out but I hope it does this fascinating book some measure of justice.

Julia. Thanks for the section but I'm sorry about the difficult editing. Hopefully your next sections will be easier to bring into the world.

Yes you may indeed. If they say availble in the Magic Window, then they are available. Have you received an OK on your 1 minute test yet? Let me know if you have any questions.

Yep; despite the recent forum-joining date, I've done a few recordings already.

Well, in that case jump right in.! This is one of the most facinating books I've found this year and has been an eye opener for me. enjoy.

Note that the text and foot notes and end notes have been combined into one text for (hopefully) easier recording and put into google docs.
