If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated).

Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process unless you are the BC or PL. Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

OK, your MW is ready and Laura has access to the MW as our DPL, thank you, Laura! I have taken the liberty to make a small adjustment to your project post. Volume 1 just has "Weird Tales: Jules de Gardin Volume 1," so I took out "Presents" in the title of this volume to keep things the same between the volumes. Otherwise, everything else looks great!

Ahhhh, this was just what I needed. I had what I would call a weird day today...... but it was way less weird than De Grandin's day ha ha ha. Post-mortem hypnosis mwahahaha. I love how the illustration and caption set the mood from the start... I still like the curse of the nun the best, but the dead woman's murderous hand (with its almond-shaped nails! so elegant!) is definitely memorable!

Just a couple of little things to check:

Section 1
10:50 drawing a cigar case from his pocket (the word case fell out)

Section 2

3:35 running the admonitions (it sounded like odd emissions...?)
14:05 at his traducer (not: transducer)

I'll have some more weird days coming up, ha ha, so more weird tales to make my life look more normal will be very welcome. :D

Uploaded Section 3: https://librivox.org/uploads/icequeen/weirdtalesjulesdegrandinvol2_03_quinn_128kb.mp3 @ 24:18

What's going on that you're having weird days? That sounds a lot like my normal.

Section 4 is ready to PL: https://librivox.org/uploads/icequeen/weirdtalesjulesdegrandinvol2_04_quinn_128kb.mp3 @ 29:22

Had to chuckle, this is another reading that has my birthday. It's popped up in 5 or 6 projects now, but the year is always wrong. :P

Oh my gosh, I cannot even joke about this one: that was soooooooo creepy. Like some kind of primitive Silence of the Lambs or something. Taking out the bones... alive. Eeeeeeeeeeek. A very creepy place in which to find your birthday. Let's hope the next one is sillier rather than creepier. Although it cannot get much creepier than that. Ha! I think I'll need to watch some silly TV episode or something before going to bed tonight; this is not a good bedtime story ha ha ha.

Edits all good on the first one, and just a few things here:

Section 3
6:52 he paused expectantly (I heard: expectanantly)
10:41 suffering from encephalitis (not: elephantitis)

Section 4
2:01 from the highway (not: driveway)
6:23 the white counterpaned bed (not: counterpanel)
12:36 this so totally absent (not: two totally)
14:42 I am impatient (not: patient)
