11:27 "pp. viii, 360" you say "pages 8 to 360": isn't it "pages 8 and 360"?

I've never been sure how to vocalise these. It means 8 pages of introduction and 360 pages of body but I'm not sure whether people would understand that from 'to
or 'and' or somethign else.

Doesn't it mean there are two references: one on page 8 of the preface/introduction and one on p360?
