SG30 now ready for PL.
Enjoy your vacation! I'm going to continue editing and uploading, so sorry in advance if you have several items to PL when you get back.
I'm just back from walking the Camino. Again!

you have really been busy these last few weeks. Just when I was AWOL but I'm back now and listened to all 5 in a row. Still love listening to Irish, even though sadly I don't understand it.brianeanna wrote: ↑March 28th, 2024, 7:01 amEnjoy your vacation! Sections 11 and 30 are straight PL ok, but I have a few PL notes for the other three.
section 13:
> at the end: only 3.5 seconds of silence instead of 5
section 25:
> background noise: there is an steady underlying humming sound throughout, but especially prominent in the first five minutes, maybe this could be noise-cleaned a bit more
> at 0:12: "Inghean Righ Ghleanna-an-Uaignis" - title is repeated, one version can be cut
> at the end: only 3.5 seconds of silence instead of 5
section 29:
> from 8:22-8:28: (p. 408) I can't find the text that you say after "do bheith anns an luth". Maybe you say "etc" in Irish or repeat some more sentences there, before continuing with "muna d'tugaidh tú". What did you add here ? We should not add any sentences that are not in the original text, so I would only recommend saying "etc" as written, or maybe the Irish equivalent.
> at the end: maybe add one more second of silence to make up 5
thanks, and I see we are rapidly approaching the end, only two more stories
