May I please have Sections 18-20? Also, may I ask whether you want the footnotes read, since there is a fair amount of Greek in them?

One footnote has been omitted, as I am unable to read the Greek on the rather fuzzy archive.org document.

This Section (and the two following ones) reads like a written sermon and has been read accordingly; I just hope I have not overdone the enthusiasm!
