Hello Classoneguy!

Welcome to Librivox, and congrats on your first few recordings. I've not listened to both of them all the way through yet, but I did notice both seem to be more muffled and a bit far away compared to your test recording (which was crisp and clear!). Has anything changed with your recording setup that may have altered how your mic is picking up your voice? If you're using an external mic (most common), can you double check that the external mic is selected instead of perhaps the built in one within your computer? I've had that happen to me before, and it creates some additional background noise, and makes me sound a bit far away.

I’m using the same headset with which I recorded my test. I shut off background noises before recording. I’m not sure what the problem is. I’m using Sony wireless headphones, if that helps.
