Sections 0,1,2 are PL OK! I did have a thought which I'd like to share; you know how Act 2 starts with "enter Creon" but then Oedipus starts speaking, do you think it would be necessary to clarify to the listener who it is that's speaking?

Many thanks for the PL!
I do usually name the first character to speak in each act as Seneca never indicates this. I forgot for act 2 but have now added it. If you think it needs Spot PL you could just listen to the start of the act. Acts 1 & 4 have the name and I have added Messenger to act 5.

Act 2 is PL OK!
In act 3 there are few minor misreads in the long speech, not surprising considering its length, but they do not affect the story that Creon is telling which is very dramatically read. So I will mark that as PL OK! as well.
Well Done

Hi Rapunzelina
There were a few minor misreads in Creon's long speech but I don't think they affect the important story he is telling. If you notice anything that sounds jarring please let me know.

Oh good. I tried to be just accurate enough to be acceptable. And voted for drama rather than the hobgoblins of perfection.alanmapstone wrote: ↑March 21st, 2024, 12:50 amHi ToddToddHW wrote: ↑March 18th, 2024, 1:16 pm Here is Creon. Hope you enjoy and overlook his tardy arrival. 3:55 and 12:37

Great, I have added the names in MW
Thanks to all our readers, particularly Greg who gave us a strong central performance, to Rapunzelina for PL and Todd for MC.
I have another Seneca play ready to go but I need to get started on Comus and catch up on Don Carlos first. It has been an amazing 24 hours for me
