REPRISAL
By Thomas Richard Jones
From Amazing Stories October 1928
Read by Dale Grothmann
Time 18:19

Audio at: https://librivox.org/uploads/brownrottger/ssf097_reprisal_jones_dg_128kb.mp3

Text at: https://archive.org/details/Amazing_Stories_v03n07_1928-10_missing_ifc_ibc_bc/page/n61/mode/2up

I don't remember enough of my Junior High geography class to remember whether this would work. I hope not. But in the panic over Global Warming, somebody might try it.

Enjoy

Riders in the Sky
0:13 should be "in the ancient city of Ur" I heard "in the ancient city of Tear"
13:46 should be "come from the glowing emblems on the altar" I heard "come from the glowing embers on the altar"
Increase ending silence so that it is 5 seconds.
Thanks!

Hi, a couple of things. This is a completed sci-fi collection, so it's no longer accepting submissions. Here is the current open collection:
viewtopic.php?t=102362

Also, I can't accept the story split into multiple sections like this, particularly since it is only about 30 minutes long. Before submitting it to the Sci-fi Collection 99, please join the sections back together into a single file. Thanks
