At ~ 3:16 you read "pastry rolled one inch thick" - that should be "1/8 inch thick". You can probably copy a "1/8 inch" from another place you read it so you shouldn't need to do any new recording.

The file name should also be tapioca_04_minutetapiocacompany_128kb.mp3

Everything else is perfect.

The apricot pie sounds yummy and seems like the closest thing to a healthy recipe in this section - there's a lot less added sugar than any of the other pies. (But I won't try it; I'm currently trying to drop some weight.)

The recipes call out other ingredients by brand name - a little cross-promotion is going on here.
