Currently doing the Girls' version as a solo and enjoying it! Thought this would be nice for my first BC. Hoping I filled everything out correctly!

Hi Claire, I am happy to MC this for you. There is a preface, do you want to include it in section 1 or should I add a section 0 to the MW. It is best if I know this before I set it up.
Best,
Christine

Hi Christine! I'm excited you're coming along for this ride :) I actually used the preface as the summary, so I don't think there's a need for a section for it. As I build out the sections once the MW is up, can I still add a section or two if I think a chapter should be broken out further? I did a rough estimate at 20 which I think will suffice, but I haven't actually sectioned everything out yet. Obviously I assume I'd want to do this before we go to Readers Wanted?

PS - I promise once I do this a few times I'll have less questions!
Cheers,
Claire

No worries, ask all the questions you need, always. I have been doing this for awhile and I still have tons of questions. Can we change the summary citation to be (Preface by the Author). It is no problem to add sections, I personally struggled with adding Section 00 after the MW is up. The MW is now there. Once you fill it out, I will move us to Readers Wanted. You need to have a final determination of sections for this since the intros will be effected once people start recording. The absolute hard line limit is 72 minutes per section. Readers generally like to do sections around the 20 minute mark. However, since the limit is much higher than that you do not need to worry too much.
Best,
Christine

I think I changed the summary citation correctly, and I'll work on getting the section into the MW by tomorrow. Thanks for the tips!

Excellent!
Can you please take a look at the first few sections I put in the MW when you have a chance? Do the notes look good, and do I have to do anything with the meta fields? Just double checking before I fill it all in :)

Claire
