Librivox was born in August 2005 and since day 1, we have valued ALL our volunteers. Whether you participate daily, weekly, or just every now and then, you are part of our Librivox family and we are grateful for your contributions*.
This month we celebrate 172 *active members*(defined below) who joined in January a year or more ago, and send a hearty round of applause for "job well done" and "thank you for still being here". As you run across these names in your projects, how about giving them a high five or pat on the back, and direct them to this page (which they may not even know about) to see who else shares their Libriversary month and year.
The curious might find it interesting to compare this month's numbers to January 2023, to see what progress we've made. Looks like we're up 41 members for January, and quite a few old-timers returned! I'd say that's an early portent that it will be a HAPPY NEW YEAR at Librivox!
