There is no separate title for Papists and Calvinists as in Section 36 it seems to be a header of page 111, but not a title, as the sentence just crossed over pages.

I suggest I stop at page 110 with "proving her witchcraft" and section 36 starts with "witch finding now increased rapidly" as this seems to be the logical start of the next chapter.

I will take section 36 as well, so we can decide the best division while I read the entire section.
