Section 9: Just 2 notes from the spec Checker:
bit rate should be 128
it should be set to constant not variable bit rate.
I do believe you can make these corrections without re recording.

Thanks. I just got a new notebook and have installed the latest version of audacity. The version I've been using on my Desktop is ancient, and I haven't touched the set up in years. I'll fix it and resubmit.
