Section 5 is PL OK

Section 4, which I found super interesting, is great except for being too loud. It reads at 96.8 decibels, so it will need a "de-amplification." -7 should be just about perfect.
(section 5's volume was great, reading at 89.5)

and I've put 6 on my listening queue

It is at the lowest end of the decibel range for LibriVox, so you may want to raise your recording volume a little bit for future files.

Hey, just to let you know - on a solo project, you don't need to post the upload link into the discussion area. You can paste it directly into your MW, and then just pop a comment on the board such as "Section 9 is up."

thanks, and i'll take a look at the volume for #8. i have been using the replay gain effect to get a recommendation of needed change carefully following dr chennevert's instructions from yt.

i was listening to that section again and noticed that i had left the lv public domain statement out of the blurb at the start. i patched it in and remastered the mp3 then uploaded it again, changing the length to the new value in the mw (3 more seconds). i assume that this edited version overwrites the old. sorry about that. you can give a listen to the first 15 secs or so to check if you like, all else is unchanged.
