Hi Grace, Welcome to the Nonfiction Collection!

It looks to me that what you've chosen to read is, indeed, an introduction to Seneca, written by the translator Sir Roger L'Estrange. So, what I would say by introduction is almost exactly what you're proposing, except mentioning L'Estrange as author (and skipping Seneca as author, since Seneca isn't the author of what you are reading) Thus:

"Of Seneca's Writings," by Sir Roger L'Estrange, from "Seneca's Morals, of A Happy Life, Benefits, Anger, and Clemency" This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain. For more information, or to volunteer, please visit LibriVox.org.
