Hi Fritz, Glad to have this contribution to volume 55!

What immediately came to my mind when I listened to your recording was an op-ed in the NYTimes I had read yesterday with the throw-a-way title "Does Having a Day Job Mean Making Better Art?" https://www.nytimes.com/2018/03/22/t-magazine/art/artist-day-job.html . The article reminded me of the many writers who had been printers in their day.

Interesting! But still not 100% accurate. At least, not when seen on a global scale:

Your contributions are always interesting. Back in 2010, I read Lola Ridge's powerful poem, The Ghetto, for a Women's Literature Collection: https://librivox.org/american-womens-literature-1847-to-1922-by-various/. It was my first encounter with her as a writer. I'm glad to see another selection by Lola Ridge here in the nonfiction collection

Kreymborg's Marionettes had one error.

8:02 first one follows pleasantly the miming –
You read missing and then later reread the sentence

Waterfront Fancies is PLOK.
