Here is Excursus 2. Thanks. Telfy is the source for information about Athens in this section and so is repeated often in parenthesis. I hope it is acceptable for me to have omitted the word parentheses just to make things a little less obnoxious. I also chose not to say the word parentheses at the very end, just for aesthetic purposes. But I am at your disposal if such licenses are not acceptable. Jim

I listened to this before I read your note. It was clear to me that it Telfy is a citation. You could put in a reader's note on the first one, to make it perfectly clear - not a request, just the only thing I can think of, if you are not happy with it the way you have read it.
