Translation: [ Title of Monologue ] by [character] from [ name of the play , act , scene ] from the play by William Shakespeare , translated by [ translator ] , read in Russian for Librivox DOT org. [ by [ your name ] ] .

Here's the intro and outro in Polish:
POCZĄTEK nagrania (intro)
"Monolog [Tytuł monologu] wygłaszany przez [imię postaci] z [tytuł sztuki] Williama Szekspira [akt, scena] czytany po polsku dla Librivox.org. Czyta [Twoje imię albo pseudonim]
[tekst monologu]
KONIEC nagrania
Na końcu nagrania powiedz:
Koniec [tytuł monologu] ze sztuki [tytuł, akt, scena]. To nagranie jest w domenie publicznej.
Jeśli chcesz, dodaj:
"Nagrane przez [imię albo pseudonim], [miasto, adres Twojej strony internetowej, bloga, etc]
As for the source, I took this monologue from www.wolnelektury.pl and it's based on a LV-eligible text. I have to check, if other plays they have are also taken from pre-1923 sorces, though, so don't add this website to your list yet. Oftentimes, they take texts from modern editions just because the author is PD as per EU rules. It's confusing.

i have added a note to the text of richard iii in german. if the txt file is fine, we can best use that one. thanks claudia for sorting that out!
Carolin
thank you very much both john and piotrek for the russian and polish translations of the disclaimer, that helps a lot!
Carolin
and of course, thank you leanne for yuor section
one little thing for the future: we need all file names to be in only lower case letters. this is not dramatic, but good to remembr for the future
thanks!

Hi again,
I was wondering if I could submit another monologue from the same play (Hamlet), and one by a male character. If you have gendered casting, then that's fine, but if it's gender-neutral I'd very much like to record another Hamlet monologue by one of the male characters, as there's less choice for the female ones

Hi, it's me again! I've just uploaded a new version of my monologue. The only thing that's changed is the track volume - I amplified it slightly after realising it was too quiet. Here you go:
