Hi mshegal,
The bit rate on Audacity should be set to 128 kbps. Do you know how to do that? Also before recording await the clearance from the 1 minute test forum. You may record this Chapter after correcting the bit rate and whatever the 1 minute test forum replies with. You have until 6/25 to record, do first edit and upload. Please make sure you follow the script and all instructions on page one of this project.
