Actually, except for some of the name pronunciations, I found the chronological table a lot easier to read than the chapters. There are natural breaks; I don't have to worry too much about how a sentence is supposed to sound (where the emphasis and pauses should be) since there are so few sentences!...

Section 43 (Chron. Table) http://upload.librivox.org/share/uploads/kb/historychristianchurch_43_cheetham.mp3 (22:43) On this one, please make sure I pronounce the names at least halfway correct (if you know how they're supposed to be pronounced). There were a lot of names in the timeline! My mic was...

Ha! That's funny!

I reuploaded section 13:

The weird thing is that it didn't say it had renamed the old file. I'm not sure why not.

Well, the "?" after the date means it's questionable, that there is no consensus among the specialists, or that there is doubt about it, so it is really different from "circa". I don't know what word would be better to use in English, since it's not my native language, but in Po...

Except it's about the year 147, not 1470.

Sorry I didn't make that clear.

Reading a Chronological Table - Question

I'm going to be reading a chronological table. It contains question marks after some dates, such as: 147? Justin Martyr's Apologies. 148? Martyrdom of Justin Martyr. (Edit to add: These are around the year 147-148, not the 1470's and 1480's.) How would I read these? (It does also have come circas: c...

Edits made to section 20 and uploaded. Time change on the section to 19:01. I did all but the edit at 4:41. Actually, at 1:48, I think I DID say "from" but it was so fast, it was hard to understand. It was an easy edit to make. I like when a word is its own little waveform, unattached to t...
