Re: [SOLO]Mice & Other Poems, by Gerald Bullett-icequeen

Hi. Me again. Sorry for the hiatus. Once the race to 10,000 was done, I kind of lost my head of steam. Here's the rest of the poems in this collection now. Better nate than lever? https://librivox.org/uploads/icequeen/miceotherpoems_11_bullett_128kb.mp3 1.26 https://librivox.org/uploads/icequeen/mic...

In the end I feared that parts of the melody might be a bit familiar, but I cannot pinpoint to any known song. Well, ...

By separate email, I'm sending you all a word document of the text -- color coded to show each of the six parts, which are: Narrator 1 -- not color coded -- just straight text Narrator 2 -- highlighted in grey Nesace -- highlighte...

Re: [Solo] Hans of Iceland by Victor Hugo -ck

Chapters 49 and 51 are PL OK. Seems like the angel of justice is making sure every last one of the malefactors meets a fate most richly deserved. For chapter 50 -- only one very tiny note: at 0:57 -- the text reads: "Conquering his alarm,..." -- I heard "Conquering his alarms" Ve...

Re: [Solo] Hans of Iceland by Victor Hugo -ck

Chapters 44, 45 and 47 all PL OK. I loved the way you portrayed Ethel's anguish and self-sacrifice. You clearly have a deep emotional resonance with this girl and it comes through wonderfully in your careful, loving rendition. Similarly, in the next chapter, Hans evokes deep feelings within. You hav...

vengeful ghosts and rising from the grave - tim burton would love to party with this story!
Spooky!! Strangely, though, the happiest ending of all the tales so far.

PL OK. Only three to go!

Re: [Solo] Hans of Iceland by Victor Hugo -ck

finished the second longest chapter of the book !!!! the last really big chunk is DONE. *utter relief* :9: It wasn't easy, because nearly all the male protagonists are in this court trial scene, so I hope I managed to do them all convincingly still. Apart from that I think it is really an interesti...
