Prospective PLs, please see the Guide for Proof-listeners.

IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the number of languishing projects on our server, we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't recorded anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated).

Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process unless you are the BC or PL. Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

Pam, the files are up for PL.

Anne, I wanted to thank you for the cover for Marion Cummings! San Francisco in all its glory.

I've seen how you entered the text sources for the Cummings poems. Is it better if I give them to you like this, as below? This is culled from my notes so please don't worry, it's no extra work for me! Please note that 8 and 9 use the same link, if that makes any difference.

Thank you, Pam!

Anne, no problem. I thought things can slow down a bit at the IA around the weekend, so whenever it's done is whenever it's done.

Anne, thank you for that cover. It's great! Now let's hope it entices some people who want to hear these mysterious poems mentioned in his wiki entry...

All done now - I'm glad you approve of the cover. His end was sad, it's not always easy for people to find a place in the real world.

This project is now complete. All files can be downloaded from the catalog page here:https://librivox.org/selected-poems-by-thomas-parker-sanborn/

Thank you both. It probably will not be the most downloaded project but that isn't important in my view.

It DEFINTELY won't be the most downloaded project. And that's okay - he was a young poet finding his feet, and most of us don't produce the best stuff either when we're the age he was when wrote these. The wiki page was kind of sad - it said he wrote poetry, but I don't think anyone had looked for and listed what verse was published. Maybe this will help. At least it's out there now and should find *someone* to listen to it.
