Info on doing that is here: https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/1-Minute_Test. Wait to get some feedback and an official OK on your test recording.
Let me know how you want to be listed in the LibriVox catalog -- real name, pseudonym or any nickname you wish. This is how you will be credited for all of your LV work. Sorry for the late response but I have finally gotten all the technicalities sorted out and have gotten my 1 minute test recording approved.
If the slots are still open I was wondering if I could get to start recording sections 16 and 17.

I am so sorry, I have tried to fix the bit rate by setting the export to 128 constant for the export but even though it says it is exporting at 128 when I try putting it through the Checker it still says it is the wrong rate. Not sure what is going on on my end! Has this problem ever come up? I will try to get some tech help
