There will be a site outage tomorrow, September 11, at 13:00 (1:00 PM) Eastern Time.

This is to apply a fix to the New Project Template Generator, which will hopefully fix the recent spate of errors when entering new authors due to non-numeric characters in the author year fields, as well as a few updates of underlying software.

Estimated down time is 30 minutes.
