Hello! Here are sections 4 and 5. I'm not sure about the intros since I split it in two (should it be said as part 1 and part 2?), so please let me know if anything should be fixed. I also did my best with all the Arab names.

Thank you. The correct approach is today “section 4 of….” then at the end of the intro, read the title exactly as in the MW. No Ned for “part 1” etc.

I'd like to read sections 8 and 9, but I don't know Arabic at all, and there are lots of Arabic names and words there. Is it OK if I just fake it?
