I'm new to LV.
Using an Amazon device.
I've downloaded a book. When I go to Downloads, all 12 chapters have a separate tab but when I tap on a tab I get an error message that says Cannot open files in archives.
What to do??

Without knowing which Amazon device you are using, here is some info that you may find helpful
To my knowledge, Amazon Echo and other proprietary Amazon devices only work with content from Amazon - so kindle or audible books. I don't own one of these speakers and I could be wrong, but my understanding is that these stream music and books - you don't actually download content to the device.
However, you should be able play the audio on a phone or other bluetooth capable device and use the Echo as a bluetooth speaker which may provide a workaround. All of our chapter files are mp3 files, so the speaker will recognize them as music files and should play them just fine.
