please shorten beginning silence to .5-1 second

Section 15. Excellent recording. Your movement between British to American accent is marvelous!
The checker says "The bit rate should be 128 kbps." Can you recheck your settings?
Add 5 seconds of silence at the end
4:06 remove "In the Congressional Library" as it is a picture caption.
