I have been looking around to see if I can find a recording or place to do voice to text of the recent inditement from the Fulton Superior Court of Donald Trump and codefendants.

As I understand it, this document is public record and should be safe to record. It seems that this could be a great place for this resource to be available to people who don't have the time (or ability) to read the document.

Would anybody be interested in this project?

"Public record" isn't the same as Public Domain. While court documents may be accessed, they might not be allowed to be copied/repackaged/redistributed.

While works produced by the federal government are PD, the states' works are state-dependent and may be copyrighted.
