Has anyone done or thought of doing the Apicius? It's a Roman cookery book dating back to like the fifth century, I thought it was fascinating when I heard about it. I had a look in the catalogue but I couldn't see it nor saw any mention of it searching the forums, not sure if I just missed it or it's not been done.
I looked on gutenberg and found it there, there's the I believe original Latin version for anyone lucky enough to be able to speak Latin:
