Sections 2 and 6 just one edit. As you have noted the file names need to be changed to triple digits.

Section 4: Just one edit. As you see in the thread the file numbers should be 3 digits not two. Please rename this file with 004 as the file number, reupload and post here.Thanks!!

Thanks for making a note of the section numbers in the filenames, Christine. No need for the readers to reupload just to change the section numbers. I'll take of it for the PL OK files on the server.

How does one read a short footnote which is just a word or two?
Do we still say at the point of the asterisk: "Footnote, Darker Superstitions, End Footnote", and then continue the reading?

It's more the substantial footnotes you'd read. Use your best judgement. In this instance you can omit the footnote.
