Here is my entry, though I am worried about what sounds like distortion sometimes in this recording. Is there something I can run the audio through on my end to fix them?

Chapter 8 PL OK

Don't worry about the distortion...it is within acceptable bounds.
Distortion often occurs with over-processing, so the least you can get away with, the better.
