P.S. In case you think this is laughing matter, Donald Pleasance's character was actually smothered and killed by a white cell (in a movie)!

I didn't know about that movie but looked it up on wikipedia now. Early sci-fi yes those white cells can be nasty.

Thank you, Sonia Mark has read the whole book for LV sometime ago. There is a quite popular song "Романс" based on this poem. Early this year I actually compared the song and the poetm and tried to figure out what Gumilev wanted to say. I even wrote an analysis) I plan to include the recording link into it.
