Just two little edits keep both of these sections from being PL OK.

TIME: 00:33 (Section 17) and 00:39 (Section 18) COMMENT: There are long pauses here that need to be shortened to about 1.5 seconds.

Other than those, both sections easily qualify as PL OK.

Looking forward to the reading. What a fun collection. I've used Certo to make habenero jam in the past.

One question: My section includes a cross reference, "...as in Grape Jam (page 22)."

Should I include the "page 22" reference or should this be left out?

Oh, yes, those pesky cross-references.
Well, my inclination is to read them, but leave out the page number since that doesn't mean much to someone who is listening. But, others feel that some listeners may also be following along with the text so this would be useful. I'll leave up to your preference.
