Pang Huang by Lu Xun, Chapter 1, Zhu Fu(44.38min, 42.86MB)
《彷徨》作者鲁迅, 第一章,祝福 (44.38min, 42.86MB)

I like the writer and his stories. Lu Xun is a great writer in Chinese history, who was born in 1881. He went to Japan to learn medicine with the hope of saving more lives, but finally he found that it is not their bodies need cure, but their hearts. After he realized this, he chose to be a writer. His story shows the dark side of a special period of Chinese history, and inspires old Chinese to face themselves and fight for their own destiny.

This is the first book I read here. Thank this forum, the instructions are very detailed and clear, just my English is not that good, which might cause misunderstandings sometimes. Please remind me if I missed any tip for recording or uploading, thanks! :P

Please fill out this template and paste the resulting code in your first post: http://librivox.org/add_project
*TIP: If you're reading in Chinese, change the language in the upper right corner of that form to Chinese. It'll give you the introduction wording and the rest of the instructions in Chinese.

Reading this will give you some tips on how to start a solo project: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=13513

We have to see the text you're reading from and determine if it's public domain in the USA.

You can't upload anything until you get an MC (until you are told which name to pick in the pick list - which folder to upload to). :) All that is outlined in the forum post I linked to above.

Also, I don't know if it matters to you, but this has been recorded already: https://librivox.org/wandering-by-xun-lu/

You can do another version if you like. Some people want to know if there's already a recording of it, so I am letting you know. At least, I THINK this is the same book. :)

Moving this off the Launch Pad for now, until the first post gets straightened out. :)
