The Spirit of Christ, by Andrew Murray (1828 - 1917)
Shortly after his ascension to heaven, Jesus sent the Holy Spirit, the Promise of the Father, to indwell, comfort, teach, strengthen, and encourage believers. Andrew Murray observes in his preface that while our creed on the Holy Spirit is orthodox and scriptural, his presence and power in the life of believers, in the ministry of the word, and in the witness of the Church to the world, is not what the word promises or God’s plan requires.

In this little book consisting of 31 daily devotions, Murray guides us through the many ways in which the Holy Spirit works in the lives of Christians to bring glory to God and to help us live truly transformed lives.

IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the number of languishing projects on our server, we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't recorded anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated).

Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process unless you are the BC or PL. Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

Please do add the file duration (mm:ss) to the Notes column. I use that when cataloging to make sure all the files are where they should be. :)

Apologies for the delay, just had a super crazy couple weeks. The first two sections are OK. I just have to run them through the checker which I will do tomorrow.

No worries, I've had a busy time too, not done any more recording since the first two! Hope to make a start again soon.
