0:28 should be "Chapter 18: "Well, we hear both sides!" I heard "Section 18". The former is the Section Title in the MW.

Section 29: Excellent clear reading and very emphatic.
0:25 missing part of Section Title "My experience with the consumptive patient" just after "Chapter 28"
Delete reader credit at the beginning as you have it at the end.
36:44 delete rest of recording = excess silence beyond the 5 seconds required and the words "Section 29 of Living My Life"
