I know who my MC is for my current project. But how do I know who my BC is for the same. I've been trying to get an answer for my question about reading footnotes, and I was told to ask the BC.
I know what those both stand for.
Possibly a stupid question

The BC of any project is the person who made the first post in the thread. (There may be a few exceptions, but let's not worry about those for now.)
I'm assuming this is the project you are referring to
viewtopic.php?t=94564
Your BC is Timothy Ferguson
There are various reasons why you may not get an immediate answer to a post in a project thread - differences in time zones, outside commitments, priorities in real life, etc. Please be patient. We are all volunteers.

That's just the thing! I address my question to Timothy, and he said he wasn't the BC, only the MC. What do I do?
If you mean you sent a pm - you sent that one to me. And I'm your MC.
Cheers, Ava.
