Two quick notes for you this time around:
@19:00, in "and the certainty expressed, about our capture, by the allied...", the "about our capture" bit seems like it was cut partway.
@beginning of file: there's just a tad under our 0.5 seconds minimum here, if you could copy/paste a smidge while you're at it.

Here is Chapter 17 with the corrections! I ended up rerecording the part in the middle and it kinda sounds a little different from the rest of the audio, so I hope that's not an issue!
