Does the statement, "end of section ##" come at the beginning of the 5 seconds of room noise or at the end of it? I'm supposing it's before the "silence" but want to be consistent.

Beginning. Empty silence will be the last thing anybody hears on the audio file.

The other files which have been validated as PL OK should serve as a good reference in case that is helpful.

It's a kind request built into all of the templates mainly just to attempt to dissuade heavy downloading, but you are now doing PL work so you get the exclusion.
