then a question for Todd before you proceed:

what about the announcements for songs ? I personally think they can get left out and treated as any other merging of voices, unless there is an added qualifier included. Would you prefer to keep them in ? If not, the following can get cut:

> at 3:33: (p. 7) "duet Simon and Joan"
> at 5:07: (p. 10) "chorus"
> at 7:02: (p. 13) "chorus"
> at 10:50: (p. 20) "trio"
> at 12:13: (p. 23) "song, the devil"
> at 14:14: (p. 26) "chorus"
> at 24:02: (p. 45) "finale, chorus"
Please leave the song stuff in. Not sure I'll use them, but since already there they might prove useful.

Thanks, Todd

Let me know if you want anything else at the beginning.

thank you, Larry, wow, what a feat. And Pinero struck again with his extensive stage directions. The narrator is really part of the show here.

A few things to adjust still:

> at 2:25: please insert: "The story is laid in the Flemish town of Mirlemont in the beginning of the 15th century".
> at 16:55: (p. 32) repeat "coming face to face with Jacqueline" - one version can get cut

thanks

Sonia
Added the requested phrase and cut the repeat.

I wasn't sure about the "Chorus" lines, etc. so I followed the adage, "When in doubt, record them." Easier to discard what isn't needed than to go back and add missing lines.

Anyway, thanks for the good PL, Sonia, as always. :D

I hope my chorus lines are as easy to edit as they were fun to record. Thanks for keeping these enjoyable projects rolling!

well done, redrun, I especially liked the way you sounded off-stage in some scenes where there were shouts from outside. Nice effect.

You only missed a few group lines, I hope I found them all. I did not find any "Lad about Town" line :? so maybe we both missed those.
Todd, where did you see this role ? :hmm:

Act 2:
> at 0:01: you forgot to give your voice credit: "A Lad of the Town, read by..."

> at about 3:10: please insert two missing speeches:
- (p. 72 – All) "All hail to Philip, Lord of Mirlemont !"
- (p. 88 – Knights) "Philip of Mirlemont ! the lion of Flanders ! Philip of Mirlemont !"

Act 3:
> at about 0:43: (p. 109) missed line (Townsfolk) "Philip of Mirlemont ! Philip of Mirlemont !"

thanks

Lad of the Town has lines in Act 1, already PL'd. I then extended the role for the group lines through the remaining acts.

Thank you, I'll get these added. Voice credit is in act 1, along with the only line the Lad originally had.

Both files updated, with the above changes. Thank you for catching those - I was pretty sure I had found them all at first, but... well, I'll still be here when the play is in editing, if we both missed any.

New file lengths
Act 2: 4:17
Act 3: 1:40

ooh, Sir Guntram is righteously outraged against Philip here in the beginning, you can make his disdain quite plain here. I also liked the sing-song very much. Thank you Alan, it's PL ok right away
