But… I’ve just noticed you have the wrong file number. It should be _53_ as 31 overwrites a previously submitted file.

Hey Eliza, the previous PL notes have been fixed but when I run it through checker it still shows one issue
"The bit rate should be 128 kbps. The recording should use a constant bit rate rather than variable bit rate (VBR). "
could you also look into this once?
